The Challenge:
Giancani Associates managed a 3 year project,
which established a process and system to standardize Inco’s
Capital Projects globally around the world called the Project
Delivery System.
Our Solution:
Development of Program Management Office to standardize operational
procedures of Capital Projects. Design and Implementation
of an enterprise projects website and Portal Application for
Capital Projects, Lessons Learned Repository, Contractor Registry
Database and an approval system for Capital Appropriate Requests.
Implementation of Prism Project Management Suite globally
across Inco including the training of Capital Project practitioners
running projects $1M to $50M US.
